Professional copy does not have to sound distant. The best business writing is specific, generous with context, and recognizable as the voice of the people behind the work.
Collect the language you already use
Review proposals, support replies, sales calls, and customer questions. Keep phrases that explain the problem clearly. Remove inflated words that could describe any competitor. Replace “solutions” with what the customer actually gets.
Read it aloud
Shorten long introductions, vary sentence length, and let a real point of view appear. Ask someone outside the business what they think a paragraph means. Their confusion is useful information, not a writing failure.
When the message is clear, good web design can give it the structure and emphasis it deserves.
